Vice President of People

As Vice President of People for WE Communications North America, Kris leads a robust team of business partners, analysts, L&D professionals and recruiters. She is responsible for providing senior-level coaching, counsel and guidance to WE’s executive team, leadership and people.

Kris is a forward-thinking agency leader, functional manager and creative strategist responsible for developing global HR programs that attract, develop, motivate and retain diverse and highly skilled people. A key partner for agency leadership in driving the strategic goals of the organization, Kris oversees the important task of enabling the organization to meet its strategic business objectives as they relate to people. As the top strategist within the HR organization, Kris is responsible for counseling and guiding executives on personal and team development, and she manages the creation and implementation of HR strategy and programs.

Kris has led HR teams in the creative, advertising and PR space for 20 years, both within and outside the United States.

Beyond work, Kris is an avid amateur photographer and painter, enjoys skiing and other winter sports, and is happiest when traveling for work and visiting friends and family all over the world
